Pualas National High School is the oldest national high school in the division of Lanao Sur II, it is a self supporting barangay high school way back 1969 and was integrated to the nationalization of locally funded high school in the country thru R.A. 6655 also known as law providing free public secondary school. It is located at the heart of Barangay Talambo Pualas Lanao del Sur where you can witness the breath taking view of Mt. Baya, it is a few meters away from municipal hall, district ofiice, PNP headquarter and other line of agency of this municipality. Pualas NHS has Junior High and Senior High School Departments that is why it is one of the prominent landmark of the municipality.
