Mayor Amanoden “Tenney” T. Ducol of Makabagong Pualas recently attended the Blessing and Turn-over ceremony of 22 new Patrol Jeeps and Basic Assault Rifles in Marawi City. The event, held at Kabalikat ’98 Stage, Camp Bagong Amai Pakpak, was led by PRO BAR Regional Director PBGEN Allan Cruz Nobleza and Governor Mamintal Adiong Jr., with the aim of enhancing the move and shoot capability of the province’s police force in responding to incidents and emergencies.
The initiative, driven by the Philippine National Police provincial Office, underscores their commitment to bolster peace and order efforts in the region. Mayor Ducol, along with other stakeholders, reiterated their dedication to forming strong partnerships with local government units in Lanao del Sur, fostering a safer and more secure community for all residents.
The new patrol jeeps, Toyota Hilux Single Cab 2X2, and basic assault rifles from Dasan & Emtan will significantly enhance the security measures and police visibility in key areas, helping combat crime and violence effectively. The event highlighted the importance of collaboration between different stakeholders in ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.
